The SG&A Controller serves as the financial advisor and strategic partner for all SG&A-related aspects. You'll be instrumental in analyzing, forecasting, and providing actionable insights on the financial performance drivers, and support critical decision-making processes that directly impact the achievement of our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis on key movements in SG&A spending, enabling insightful recommendations and support for periodic forecast updates. Provide clear and actionable insights into financial decision-making, contributing directly to achieving our business objectives. Utilize digital reporting and visualization solutions to create comprehensive and easily understandable business insights. Collaborate in resource allocation decisions and streamline routine processes, leveraging shared service resources for improved efficiency. Drive the implementation and streamlining of financial processes, ensuring the consistent application of the Company’s accounting policies.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Master's degree not required but preferred.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in business analysis and presentation skills, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a solution-driven approach to working.
  • Strong working application knowledge: SAP and/or other ERPs, Business Intelligence and/or Business Objects Finance and advanced Excel/PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Fluent in business communication in English.
  • Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is preferred.
