We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Process Expert to join our Global Process Ownership team within the Asset Accounting subledger area. This is a special opportunity to play a pivotal role in projects with a high impact that will shape the future of our organization. As a Business Process Expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a change agent, and help us continuously improve our processes while sharing your expertise with the team.
Collaboration and Understanding: Work closely with Business Architects, Business Representatives, End-Users, and Consultants to understand process requirements and developments. Be proactive in contributing to cross-functional teams and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Testing Excellence: Create and adjust test scripts to ensure requirements are thoroughly tested, adhering to established templates. Ensure timely and high-quality execution of tests while securing prerequisites and prerequisites' creation.
Data Migration Mastery: Perform data migration cycles, including mapping, load checks, and data cleansing, to ensure a smooth transition.
End-User Support: Provide support to End-Users by delivering training sessions and resolving issues during Hypercare phases.
Change Agent: Act as a change agent, not only in system setup but also in supporting any changes in ERP or process adjustments. Effectively communicate and implement changes within the business, offering proactive support during Hypercare phases when necessary.
Project Management: Continuously communicate project activities' status and risks to the Project Manager or Stream Lead. Take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility and make autonomous decisions on when and where the stream lead or project manager's active involvement is required.
Autodidactic Learning: Engage in self-directed learning to maintain professional knowledge of both global and local business processes within your responsibility and across functions.
Process Improvement: Leverage your expertise to drive process standardization and harmonization, enhancing efficiency, and sharing best practices with team members.
Work Continuity: Ensure work continuity by conducting training sessions for identified backup team members.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- With at least 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in business process management and improvement.
- Strong understanding of Asset Accounting subledger processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Autodidactic mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Knowledge of SAP S4 enviroment, Excel and Power Point and related tools is required.
