Job Title:

Digital Solutions Specialist
 

Role description:

We are a leading biopharmaceutical company with a strong global presence, and our Japanese affiliate is at the forefront of advancing healthcare solutions.

As part of the Digital Experience team, we are looking for a tech-savvy, results-focused individual to continue driving the digital transformation of the company.

The main expectations would be to develop new use-cases, deploy additional tools, uncover new areas of development in the digital field, and lead their implementation and standardization, to improve the digital experience of both external and internal customers ultimately resulting in tangible, measurable results (sales, efficiency, reach, engagement, and more)


Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the digital transformation.

  • Regularly research the availability and usage of digital tools and new trends, on top of leveraging internal solutions.
  • Clarify external and internal user needs and translate them into product or service requirements.
  • Build potential use cases for existing or new tools and use an iterative approach for rollout by leveraging smaller pilots before full, robust implementation.


2. Communication

  • Communicate effectively to a wide array of functions both to understand their problems and needs, and to be able to explain what we can offer in a way that they can easily understand.
  • Convince and involve stakeholders to support new experiments and initiatives both inside and outside the team.
  • Handle cross-countries communication with Global stakeholders.

 

3. Analytics and project management

  • Prepare convincing analyses to showcase results and the potential of our solutions to convince stakeholders.
  • Work with the Data Empowerment team to ensure that any new type of data generated finds back its way into our Data storage systems so that it can be exploited.
  • As needed, manage digital projects, set up relevant KPIs and follow-up on progress.
  • Create processes with proper guidelines and train team members to ensure long-term, shared usage of new solutions.

 

Language:

  • Japanese: speaking and reading fluency.
    • JLPT3 level and over
  • English: speaking, reading, writing fluency.

 

Required Qualification & Experience:

 

  • 5+ years of overall working experience
  • 2+ years working in Digital Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or digital-related project management.
  • Good IT literacy and interest and proficiency in using new technologies.
  • Hands-on project management experience with clear track record of successful initiatives

 

Personal skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, data-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Curiosity, showing interest not only in new technologies, but also in science to understand and support effectively other functions.
  • High personal integrity.

 

Valued additional Skills & Experience:

All following skills are highly valued in the candidate, but none are strictly required.

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Commercial experience (embedded in Sales or Marketing, or working for such departments in a supporting function)
  • Digital Marketing tools hands-on experience (for example: Website content development, Marketing Automation, Recommendation systems, Digital campaigns, etc.)
  • Experience producing Digital content (videos, graphics etc.).
  • Experience in data analytics and tools (Excel, Tableau/Qlik, DB/SQL, R…).
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

職務内容

 

1. デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進

・ 社内ソリューションの活用に加え、巷間のデジタルツールの利用状況や流行を常に察知する。

・社内外の利用者のニーズを把握して、提供するソリューションを継続的に改善する。

・ ツールの効果的な活用方法を提案します。本格導入に先立ってパイロット運用を行うことで、スムーズかつ安定した導入を目指します。

 

2. コミュニケーション

・ 幅広い機能に対して効果的に連携し、課題やニーズを把握し、関係者が理解しやすい方法で提案内容を説明する。

・新たな取り組みに対して、関係者を巻き込み、円滑に実行できるように努める。

・グローバルの関係者との円滑な連携。

 

3. 分析およびプロジェクト管理

・関係各署の賛同得るために、結果とソリューションの可能性を示す説得力のある分析を行う。

・ データエンパワーメントチームと協力し、データを適切に生成、管理して効果的に活用できるようにする。

・ 必要に応じて、デジタルプロジェクトをリードする。KPIを設定して進捗を管理する。

・ 適切なガイドラインでプロセスを作成する。チームメンバーをトレーニングして新しいソリューションを長期的に活用できるようにする

 

言語

・英語:ビジネスレベル(読み書き・口頭)

 

必要な資格と経験

5年以上の実務経験。

・ デジタルマーケティング、コマーシャルエクセレンスまたはデジタル関連のプロジェクトマネジメントに2年以上従事。

・ ITリテラシーが高く、新技術の活用に関心と習熟があること。

・ 実践的なプロジェクトマネジメント経験を有し、イニシアチブを成功させた明確な実績を有すること。

 

個人的なスキル

・ 優れたコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、対人スキル。

・ 積極的、結果重視、データドリブン、自立して仕事ができる。

・ 好奇心旺盛で、新しい技術だけでなく、他の機能を理解し効果的にサポートするための科学にも興味を示す。

・誠実さ。

 

評価されるその他のスキルと経験:

・ 製薬業界での業務経験。

・営業またはマーケティング部門に所属、またはそれらの部門をサポートする業務経験

・ デジタルマーケティングツールの実務経験(例.ウェブサイトコンテンツ開発、マーケティングオートメーション、レコメンドシステム、デジタルキャンペーンなど。)

・ デジタルコンテンツ(ビデオ、グラフィックなど)の制作経験。
