Hybrid work model, min. 3 days from office in Alges



In this role, you'll provide administrative support to the Managing Director and the Medical Affairs and Business Excellence & Innovation departments. You will be able to provide support and handle confidential matters. You may also arrange business travel, coordinate meetings, assist with expense tracking and prepare presentations and reports.
In this role you will be able to support the organisation of internal events such as Breakfasts with MD, Vibrant Brunches, Xmas Lunch, Townhalls and their logistics, as well as support key external corporate events/programmes such as those related to DE&I, Sustainability and Patient Carers.


In addition to Admin. Support, this person will act as the Site Security Officer (SSO), responsible for identifying local or national security risks, both general and specific. The SSO is responsible for implementing and enforcing security related standards and procedures and ensuring full compliance with government legislation. The main objective and key responsibilities are detailed in the company's global and local security policies and are always to be ensured in consultation with the Managing Director and, in some situations, with the support of our external partner, JLL.

Finally, as Environmental Health and Safety ((EHS) Officer this person will ensure that the company's global and local safety policies are implemented and that our business is conducted in a sustainable manner that minimises the impact on the environment and people. This person will be the main point of contact with the global teams on all of the above.



  • General qualification for university entrance - secretarial/communications, other
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Experience in a similar position in Office Management, EHS, Facilities if possible
  • Excellent level of Portuguese (spelling and pronunciation)
  • Very good level of English
  • German would be an advantage
