We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Performance Management Expert in Functional Solution Accounting and Finance.


Your Role:

  • Act as an interface between Global MBS Performance Management, GPO Organization Accounting and Finance, Operations (service delivery) and Hub (Senior) Management stakeholders.
  • Be the central contact point and representative for Performance Management topics in the Finance area. You own the monthly Performance Management cycle in the Functional Solution Finance (FS FI) by leading the KPI review meetings with relevant FS FI teams as well as support in Problem-Solving exercises and documentation. Further you participate in Performance Review meetings in Service Delivery to ensure close connection between Operations and GPO organization.
  • Continuously strive for the improvement of processes, with a clear focus on the Performance Management process including the underlying data delivery processes and enabling technology.
  • Support the GPO organization Accounting and Finance in their role as KPI owners, including Metrics definition. Your focus is to keep Performance Measurement concept harmonized across Finance processes. You will be responsible to steer the annual metrics review in the Finance area, including relevant benchmarking driving the Performance Management evolution to ensure that the right topics are measured and are meaningful for the internal customer.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business economics, finance, data science or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant business experience
  • Excellent Process Excellence Skills (Performance Management, Continuous Improvement, Lean & Six Sigma)
  • Experience in GBS environment, strong knowledge of GBS global trends and benchmarks
  • Very good process knowledge in the area of Accounting and Finance
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills incl. business partnering
  • Fluent communication skills (written and spoken) in English language
  • Must be flexible on any shift.
  • Good reporting capabilities (Power Point skills), data analytics (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
  • Ability to present complex matters in a clear and comprehensible way, have strong analytical skills
  • Be communicative, work well pro-actively and independently in an organizational/virtual team – globally
  • Be service and customer oriented, have a purposeful, targeted and result-oriented mindset
