As a Therapeutic Area Specialist (KAM), working in the Endocrin – Fertility Team, you will be responsible for covering Fertility (ART) and Endocrin (growth hormon) centers in Budapest (50%), Miskolc, Tapolca, Győr, Veszprém and Pécs. According to the available market data, you will build and implement local center strategies to reach your sales goals in line with marketing strategies. You will maintain and develop positive relationships with our valued customers (including Endocrinologists, Gynecologysts, Nurses) and improve the dedication of customers. You are accountable for developing and keeping updated the visited customer group on your territory being responsible for. You will plan sales and reporting activities and keep contact with customers during F2F visits and online tools. You will actively seek new business opportunities and customers using digital tools and implement defined marketing activities. All vital trainings will be given to you to deepen your knowledge and expertise on your field.
Who You Are:
- You have a life sciences background (MD, Nurse, Midwife, Pharmacist or similar).
- Have a minimum 4 years of sales experience from an innovative pharma company.
- Native in Hungarian and proficient in English.
- You are a great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive mentality and open to using „new” virtual engagement methods.
- You can build strong relationships with customers and have excellent coordination and collaboration skills.
- You can think strategically and critically and have excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Key Account Management experience and/or an already existing network with gynecologists or endocrinologists is a plus.
