Your Role:
An excellent opportunity has become available for a dynamic IT Compliance Manager responsible for supporting governance and compliance frameworks in Enabling Function IT. This is an Expert 3 position which interacts with HR and other enabling functions, as well as all areas of IT globally. The candidate will be Process Owner Back-up for Training Management, responsible for the support of established framework and providing guidance and oversight of day-to-day operational activities. You will provide training, consultation & guidance to Line Managers and Learning Management System (LMS) Admins as needed to ensure process understanding and compliance. A key part of this position is the ability to work independently and potentially with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to collaboratively support, maintain and improve the Training Management process and related controlled documentation. You will be expected to provide expert guidance on training topics and use of the Learning Management System (currently SuccessFactors), including user acceptance testing and trouble-shooting for LMS issues. Additional back-up activities in other Governance areas is also expected. 
The position is based in Mexico.


Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
•    Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Medical Sciences (relevant professional experience may be taken into consideration).
•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training support roles, including demonstrated understanding of process management.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    High degree of personal responsibility and motivation to independently develop solutions, you have professional peer networks and keep up to date with trends and best practices.
•    Ability to abstract and the ability to analyze, structure and convey complex relationships in a target group-oriented manner.
•    Proven understanding of GxP, Good Documentation Practices, and a strong quality mindset and understanding of quality oversight with relation to training.
•    Native-level English proficiency and excellent presentation skills.
•    Experience with validated systems for pharmaceutical or life science industries.
•    Creative and independent thinker, able to balance priorities and organize to meet timelines.
