This role can be done in a hybrid model.
Your role:
As a Business Excellence Expert, you will play a pivotal role as the interface between Performance Management, Operations (delivery), and Hub Senior Management stakeholders. Your responsibilities include ensuring the seamless execution of the monthly Performance Management cycle across all Hub service units. This involves overseeing Dashboard delivery, providing coaching on Daily Management and Problem-Solving exercises, and meticulous documentation.
Your role extends to organizing and leading KPI review meetings, offering crucial support to Team Leads on reporting needs, and instilling a performance-oriented mindset throughout the organization. Your focus on continuous improvement will be channeled towards refining services and processes, with a clear emphasis on the Performance Management process and its underlying data delivery processes and enabling technology.

Who you are:

  • Fluent communication skills (written and spoken) in the English language.
  • Basic process knowledge in HR Services, Procurement Services, or Finance Services is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (PowerPoint skills) and data analytics (e.g., Excel).
  • Ability to present complex matters clearly and comprehensibly, with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a global virtual team.
  • Service and customer-oriented, with a purposeful and targeted mindset.
  • Experience within a Shared Service Center environment is a definite plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business economics, data science, or a related field.
