The Operations Manager will lead and oversee the operational activities at our manufacturing sites worldwide between the Provider and IT Infrastructure .  You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team (both internal and external) ensuring availability and reliability of systems and networks while working with teams to improve efficiency and productivity.  You also have strong personal skills in managing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders and a proficiency in providing regular status reports.


Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees operational activities, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities to improve or revise.
  • Experience with developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Anticipates and tracks KPIs between Provider and Technical Service Area.
  • Manages day to day business and escalations between the business and the Provider.
  • Plays significant role in long-term planning and project status reporting.
  • Collaborates with other IT/OT team members to ensure seamless business execution.
  • Collaborates with transitions and onboarding team as needed.
  • Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.
  • Assesses each Technical Service Area and provides clarity to the team ad relevant stakeholders.
  • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
  • Works closely with the management teams to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the team are being properly executed in accordance to the contract.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational briefings.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives on operational processes, tools, and systems that deliver on Quality and organizational objectives and achieve set KPI’s and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s business needs and work closely with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned on those needs.


Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

• 10+ years’ experience of working with multi-functional teams as IT Business Partner, IT Project Manager or similar roles.

• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure domain (Data centers, Virtualization, Communication & collaboration tools etc. ) and Cyber Security.

• Knowledge of ITIL framework, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, organizational change management, and Finances.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with sometimes shifting priorities and containing ambiguity.

• Proven track record in problem-solving and execution based on analytical strengths, and limited supervision while producing high-quality work.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
