This role can be done in a hybrid model.
Your role:
As the Global Data Owner Learning Data, you will join a diverse team of data owners, business analysts and business process experts to secure an aligned and efficient approach to data governance and management across (sub-) domains.
You are accountable for the strategic development of the Learning data domain, in charge of the governance, quality, and integrity of Learning data across systems and functions. You will roll out, oversee, steer, and manage relevant processes in the areas of data cataloguing, data quality, data architecture, data modelling, data entitlements, data privacy, retention, and security. Ultimately, you will transform Learning data into a transparent, qualitative, compliant, and fit-for-purpose data asset. 
You will also work closely with a dedicated team of HR Business Data Stewards in our shared service center and secure efficient and qualitative delivery of relevant processes in a matrix setup. Your ambitions will contribute to a harmonized understanding and management of Learning data and enable vendor/ system consolidation and operational efficiency. In detail, you will accountable for creation and maintenance of the learning data catalog, implementation, and execution of a proper data quality portfolio in relevant tools, development and documentation of relevant models and lineage of learning data. 

Who you are:

  • Profound experience in data governance, data ownership/ stewardship and/ or (master) data management roles
  • Solid experience with formal data governance elements, processes, and tools (e.g., for data cataloguing or data quality management) and in either learning/ training data and/ or learning management roles
  • Proven track record in multinational teams in service delivery teams in shared service center environment
  • Proven success in major projects and initiatives aiming at implementing measurable process improvements
  • Learning data/ management skills, strong Process Excellence Skills (Performance Management, Continuous Improvement)
  • Service Management background, Strong communication, change management and influencing skills
