Your Role:


An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of a leading science and technology company. Our Neurology & Immunology franchise operates in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment, and we are seeking long-term success-oriented and mission-driven people to join our business team. As the Key Account Manager, you will be an ambassador for the company in the territory of the Northwest of England & Northern Ireland delivering excellent customer service, and innovation, ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded. Building long-term relationships with customers within the territory that maximise opportunities to ensure each account reaches its growth potential.


Who You Are

  • You must be self-motivated, driven, tenacious and a team player
  • You will be passionate about developing your career, patient-centric, and customer-focused.
  • You will have strong strategic skills and the ability to see ‘the big picture’
  • You must have excellent account management skills, a great business acumen and be capable of partnership working with key healthcare customers
  • Collaborative style of working with others to maximise stakeholder alignment
  • High levels of influencing skills
  • Educated to degree level or similar (ideally in a life sciences or business discipline)
  • Ability to grasp complex scientific topics, identify the key concepts and communicate these effectively in commercial campaigns and materials
  • You must have a current and valid driving licence
  • Willingness to travel within the Northwest (90%) & Northern Ireland (10%)
