Your role:

 

In this position as an Account Manager you will be responsible for Performance Materials in Surface Solutions, Specialties Industrial and Coating. You will ensure the sales of our effect pigments and our functionals to defined major players in the BeNeLux market. Being responsible of setting up the company's commercial policy for these accounts will be one of your key tasks. In coordination with the marketing team, you will ensure the launch of our new products, and guarantee the application of our pricing policy. You will create, qualify, and develop a consequent pipeline of new opportunities. As a specialist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Thanks to your knowledge, your analytical skills, and your experience in these areas, you will provide solutions to customer needs with the help of our technical support in Germany.

 

You are:

 

  • Experienced in Sales or Sales Support in the Surface Solutions (coating, industrial) arena.
  • Highly motivated by customer interactions and self-directed.
  • Have excellent time management and organization skills to maximize time spent with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, and presentations skills.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English.
  • Have a customer - oriented attitude and openness towards innovation.
  • Able to evolve in an international environment.
  • Autonomous and used to work from a home office and from the field.
