Your Role:


The Strategic Program Manager will be responsible for managing large-scale, transformational initiatives. You will be required to engage and work with technical and global teams, across - and beyond - a large distributed and matrixed organization. Your work will directly and visibly contribute to enabling our operational strategy and transformation.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The flawless and efficient execution of strategic programs and projects, ensuring they deliver the intended benefits and outcomes, by continually monitoring progress and adjusting as required to keep the delivery on track.
  • Structuring and breaking down complex business problems, developing a hypothesis, driving analysis and delivering recommendations.
  • Working collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value.
  • Supporting operational strategy / business planning processes and assisting with developing critical capabilities across the organization.
  • Driving change across the organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, project management and execution) to do what it takes to “move the needle”.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to Project Managers and other team members as needed, to achieve the optimal productivity and highest quality of deliverables.
  • Ensuring the successful onboarding and offboarding of program and project resources.
  • Ensuring projects are well planned, documented and documentation is visible to stakeholders, ensure lessons learned are clearly captured.
  • Ensure projects/programs run to budget.
  • Actively encourage and support the use of standardized Project Management Tools and methodologies throughout the organization.



  • Proactive in nature, actively participates and self-motivated. Biased towards action and possessing a growth mindset.
  • Proven track record (inc. Hands-on experience) leading and driving large scale programs to success in a distributed organization. Experience using a strategic approach to program governance designed and structured in a manner that proactively and mitigate risks for success.
  • Strong project management skills: planning, organizing, attention to detail, managing competing priorities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking – able to see the big picture from scattered pieces of information; Ability to collect and synthesize complex information, making it relevant, understandable and actionable for key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communicator, able to explain project benefits, plans, status and impact across the organization . Ability to structure and present quantitative and qualitative data in a compelling and convincing fashion adapted to the audience; strong writing, presentation, and communication skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects/deliverables with  competing deadlines to successful completion (i.e., in a quality and timely manner) is key.
  • Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and networking skills allowing effective interactions and the ability to work collaboratively across all functions with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Build strong and effective working relationships
  • Ability to influence people and facilitate cooperation of internal and external partners for recommendation acceptance.
  • Great teammate willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
  • Curiosity and drive to succeed: individually and as a team; willingness to learn and lead by doing


Who you are


Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S with 8+ years relevant work experience in industrial engineering, Life sciences, or related discipline
  • Minimum of three years active Program/Project Management experience with demonstrated business results.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified PMP or Agile Project Management preferred 
  • Lean and Six Sigma Training/certification preferred.
  • Proficient In Microsoft Office 365 products, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to influence cross-functionally in a matrix environment
