Your Role:

Main Objectives

  • Define, articulates, and implement the digital sales strategy for selling products & service for mid class and long tail Life science customers.
  • Drive and achieve Digital sales revenue target through implementing effective digital tools and securing customer retention in digital sales segment

Key Accountabilities

  • Revenue Generation:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for long-tail and mid-class customer segments (Digital sales target segment).
  2. Implement customer stratification to maximize effective sales promotion and sales opportunities.
  3. Secure and improve customer retention of digital sales accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in digital sales segment
  2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  1. Develop accurate sales forecasts for the long-tail and mid-class segments.
  2. Drive and maximize SFDC opp and report tool for accurate and sustainable sales forecast.
  • Market Analysis:
  1. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  2. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Team Leadership:
  1. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on the long-tail and mid-class customer segments.
  2. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
  3. Develop and implement effective and impactful digital tools for accelerating digital sales revenue
  • Product Knowledge:
  1. Possess in-depth knowledge of the Science & Lab solutions products and services offered.
  2. Provide ongoing training to the sales team to ensure a thorough understanding of products and their applications.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  1. Work closely with marketing, other segment sales team and customer support function to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
  1. Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
  2. Implement and monitor compliance procedures within the sales team.

Who you are:

  • Above Bachelor degree (major in Chemistry or Lifescience, preferred Master degree)
  • More than 10 years of experience in Marketing, Sales manager in related field.
  • Meeting company's key competencies: Result Driven, Collaborative, Future-oriented
  • Business Skills: Business acumen, Problem-solving skills / Counseling, Agility for digital transformation, Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with internal & external customers at all levels in the organization.
  • Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proficiency in using sales analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Solid experience with CRM software (SFDC) and MS Office
  • Accounting and financial knowledge
  • Fluent in Korean, English
