Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/divers) in unserem Team sind Sie verantwortlich für die Kundenberatung unserer Versicherten. Sie führen Erstberatungsgespräche mit Neukunden durch und stellen die BKK in Unternehmensabteilungen oder bei Events vor Gruppen vor. Ebenso repräsentieren Sie die BKK an Events am Messestand. Zudem werden Fachthemen wie Zahnersatz, KfO, die elektronische Gesundheitskarte, Onlinegeschäftsstelle, Kassenwahlrecht und die Erstattung von Satzungsleistungen im Team bearbeitet. Kunden werden fachkundig beraten und ggf. Situationen mit Leistungserbringern wie Zahnärzten, Hausärzten oder Kursleitern geklärt. Ein Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit wird im Bereich Telematik / Digitale Services liegen und die internen Prozesse der Fachthemen zu steuern.  

 

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Ausbildung zum Sozialversicherungsfachangestellten (m/w/divers) oder eine Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Zusatzqualifikation und Erfahrung im Bereich Telematik/Digitale Services, Prozessoptimierung, Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Vertriebsstärke
  • Gute rhetorische Kenntnisse  
  • Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

 

Die Stelle ist befristet auf zwei Jahre.
