We are seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager with expertise in both front-end and back-end development, as well as service portfolio management. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to effectively oversee a diverse portfolio of services.


  1. Lead and manage a team of front-end and back-end developers, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, quality assurance, and operations, to define service requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Oversee the development and maintenance of front-end and back-end applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and industry best practices.
  4. Develop and implement service portfolio management processes and frameworks to effectively plan, monitor, and optimize the performance of our services.
  5. Define service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to measure the performance and reliability of our services, and drive initiatives to meet or exceed established targets.
  6. Identify opportunities for service expansion, enhancement, or retirement based on market trends, customer feedback, and business needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute these initiatives.
  7. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure alignment of service delivery with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
  8. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our service offerings.
  9. Lead the development and implementation of service quality assurance processes, including testing, monitoring, and incident management, to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our services.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the development and service portfolio management teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.


  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in front-end and back-end development, with a deep understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  3. Proven experience in people management, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing development teams.
  4. Experience in service portfolio management, including service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices, with certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.
  8. Knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices in service delivery and operations.
  9. Experience working in a customer-centric environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and exceeding customer expectations.
  10. Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) is a plus.
