The selection process typically begins about 4-6 months before the program begins.

Depending on the program, the selection process may include a resume screening, a phone interview, or an assessment day.

During the program rotation, you will work in different locations. Due to the immersive nature of the program, rotations will be within your home country. A core pillar of the program is international exposure through collaborative partnerships and business travel as deemed necessary based on assigned projects.

As the programs follow a structured process, most departments for the assignments are fixed. Nevertheless, we can take care of individual wishes in some cases. The intention is to have a broad variety of assignments so you can benefit from many different experiences.
