Oxynex® L-CV Liquid - Maximum Stability
Almost all fats and fatty oils have a limited shelf life. Apart from biological processes – caused by enzymes and microorganisms – the chemical action of oxygen, promoted by light, heat or traces of heavy metals, causes rancidity. To formulate high-quality, consistent products for your consumers and extend the shelf life of the fats and oils you use, we have developed Oxynex® antioxidant preparations.
Oxynex® L-CV Liquid is a combination of natural tocopherol with synergists (ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbic acid, citric acid) and as such it displays maximum antioxidative properties. The most favorable composition has been determined by extensive tests, and its antioxidative effect has been proven in practice.
