Oxynex® LM-CV - Maximum Stability
Almost all fats and fatty oils have a limited shelf life. Apart from biological processes – caused by enzymes and microorganisms – the chemical action of oxygen, promoted by light, heat or traces of heavy metals, causes rancidity. To formulate high-quality, consistent products for your consumers and extend the shelf life of the fats and oils you use, we have developed Oxynex® antioxidant preparations.
Oxynex® LM-CV is a combination of DL-α-tocopherol antioxidant with ascorbyl palmitate and citric acid acting as synergists. The most favorable composition has been determined by extensive tests, and its antioxidative effect has been proven in practice.
