Our medicines and pharmaceutical products meet the highest safety, environmental and ethical standards. Beyond developing our own products responsibly, we also contribute our expertise to help solve global health challenges.  

For example, in low- and middle-income countries, Interpol estimates that up to 30% of all medicines are falsified or substandard, putting thousands of patients’ lives at risk. To support the fight against counterfeited pharmaceuticals, we fund the non-profit Global Pharma Health Fund (GPHF)’s efforts to identify counterfeits through the unique GPHF Minilab™. Developed for use in regions with under-developed infrastructure, this compact, portable lab fits into a tropics-resistant suitcase and enables counterfeit medicines to be detected quickly, easily and cost-effectively. The tests do not rely on external power sources and require only ordinary drinking water.
