The Digital Color Card App is an application which is provided by the of Merck KGaA, Frankfurter Strasse 250, 64293 Darmstadt. The installation of the EMD Performance Materials App is provided by the technical operators iTunes or Google Play Store (as applicable) under their terms and conditions.

For improvement of our services, we gather anonymized location data with regard to the country from which you use our services. 

Usage of the EMD App is possible without providing personal information. Data that we store and analyze will only be used for statistical purpose, e.g. for improvement of our service. Data that we store on our servers are the name of your internet provider, the website from which you visit us, the of Merck KGaA, Frankfurter Strasse 250, 64293 Darmstadt websites that you visited, your IP-address (shortened), date and duration of your visit.
