Intro

This webinar is the 9th in a series exploring trending topics integrated solutions materials and semiconductor development, co-hosted with SEMI organization.

Join us for an engaging webinar "Digital Solutions: Enhancing Semiconductor Development through Data Sharing" where we will explore the transformative benefits of data sharing engagements in the semiconductor industry. We will focus on key transformative benefits, including the pursuit of zero quality issues, the materials optimization to enhance in-fab performance, and the acceleration of scaling up new technology nodes.

In this webinar, we will illustrate how our iterative predictive modeling approach, developed in collaboration with a key customer, deepens our understanding of critical parameters. This enhanced understanding enables us to exert tighter control over manufacturing processes, allowing us to maintain precise film thickness This is essential for our customers to achieve high performance and consistency in increasingly complex processes characterized by shrinking dimensions and numerous steps.

This time, the webinar will be held in both English and Korean versions with the same content. The English session will take place on April 15 and will include a live Q&A session. The Korean
version of the webinar will be available later as an on-demand video.
