The User will promptly discontinue all use of the Intellectual Property of the Group upon withdrawal of permission.
- This agreement and the permission granted herein is personal to the User, and may not be assigned or transferred, in whole or in part, by the User to any other party.
- This agreement terminates automatically upon use of the Intellectual Property of the Group
- on or in connection with any libelous, defamatory, discriminatory or in any way illegal activity;
- in a manner that may mislead or confuse viewers as to the relationship between Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany and the User or their respective products or services; or
- in a manner that may damage the goodwill or public image of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany and the Intellectual Property of the Group; or
- in a manner which constitutes any other breach of this agreement.
Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany reserves the right, at its own discretion and without liability or prior notice, to modify the Website in whole or in part at any time and is not obliged to update the contents of the Website.
