Reduced device thickness
Reducing the thickness of the OLED panel including encapsulation, touch etc. is mandatory for flexible displays (Fig 1).
This multi-faceted challenge also affects the design of the OLED stack itself, where no compromise in performance is acceptable.
We offer solutions to avoid cross-talk between pixels. This addresses one important challenge of free-form displays and improves color purity.
