On July 25th, Merck signed an agreement to enter into a transaction with GNMI, one of largest pearlescent pigment producers globally. Subject to relevant approvals and the fulfilment of customary closing conditions, GNMI will acquire and continue to operate the Surface Solutions business as the new owner.
