Convinced that “bioelectronic devices will play a significant role in the future therapeutic landscape”, Robert was previously CEO at a medical device company in Geneva before joining Merck KGaA Darmstadt, Germany in 2017. Robert completed his postdoc studies in Molecular Medicine at Harvard and Cambridge having gained a PhD at the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in Berlin, Germany.
