Vivek is founder and president of EUV Litho, Inc., an organization he formed in 2007 to promote Extreme Ultra Violet Lithography via consulting, workshops, investor training, funding agencies, universities, national labs, and suppliers. He also organizes the annual International Workshop on EUV Lithography. Vivek has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Idaho and is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Physics at University College Dublin, Ireland.

Ralph has been involved in chip development for over 30 years. Gaining a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the J. W. Goethe University in Frankfurt in 1986, Ralph was Chief Technology Officer for AZ Electronic Materials until its takeover by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in 2014. Currently a Research Fellow for the Electronics business at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, Ralph has authored over 200 scientific papers in chemistry and microlithography and is an inventor for over 100 patent families in the field.
