A high efficient solar module produced by using etching paste isishape SolarEtch

Overview

A high efficient solar module containing selective emitter cells. They were produced by using isishape SolarEtch etching paste by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, which gives advantages in mass production. In a customer application center in Darmstadt the Efficiency will be increased by isolating the edges of crystalline silicon wafers. In the process, the "isishape SolarEtch SiD" etching paste is applied to the back of the wafer, thus opening up more surface area on the front to collect solar power.
