Vendor COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Effective January 4, 2022, certain vendors are required to be fully vaccinated in order to access our locations within the United States or to access the locations of stakeholders or customers on behalf of the US businesses of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany - MilliporeSigma, EMD Serono, EMD Electronics and EMD Digital.

By January 31, 2022, all remaining vendors will be required to be fully vaccinated in order to access our locations or those of our stakeholders or customers. 

Please refer to “Vendor Notification – Vaccination Mandate” for the full details of this new requirement. The Vendor Notification also references the Mandatory Vaccination Policy in place for company employees, which is also accessible via this webpage.

Companies that have individuals working at our sites or at stakeholder/customer sites on our behalf will be required to submit a completed and signed Attestation Form that those individuals are, or will be, fully vaccinated.  Please refer to the “Vendor Notification – Acknowledgement & Attestation Form”  The completed form should be emailed to COVID19VendorSubmissions@emdgroup.com.
