Raphael Bourgeas
I am currently working in EMBL's Grenoble outstation, in the HTXLab facility (Marquez group). Working on the Crystallographic Management System (CRIMS), I am in charge of developing tools to integrate data tracking and analysis along the crystallography experimental workflow, from data collection in various synchrotrons to data processing. My previous work was focused on predicting the druggability of protein-protein interactions disruptors and predict solubility changes upon single point mutations, both project using machine learning.
