Robbie Joosten develops computational methods for structural biology. Within the PDB-REDO project he focusses on creating algorithms and tools to refine, rebuild and validate crystallographic structure models of macromolecules with the goal to deliver the best structure models for downstream research such as CADD. The research is performed in a large collaborative network which includes iNEXT-Discovery and instruct-ERIC.
