Please provide your CV, a description of your research topic and a brief declaration of how your research project is funded. Please note that only non-confidential information should be provided. If any particular data can only be provided under a Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA), please indicate this in your description. If this is the case, we may contact you
to enter into a CDA.

You can stay for the entire duration of the respective agreed research project.

What kind of insurance do I need?

Depending on the type of research you are planning, you should have adequate insurance (e.g. a commercial general liability insurance/contractual liability insurance). We are happy to help you with this if you need advice.

IP rights remain with you. Specific conditions apply to our research materials and to the in-licensing of results. You will find details in the terms and conditions once you have completed registration.

If you would like to be based close to the company, Darmstadt is the most convenient option. However, if you would prefer to stay in a larger city, Frankfurt is within commuting distance and several of our researchers live there.

What is the cost of living in Germany?

You may find a room to rent for approx. €500 per month. Small, private apartments can cost approx. €800 per month or more. A standard meal in a restaurant costs approx. €10. Buying ingredients for a home-cooked standard meal costs approx. €3-8.

Frequent scientific presentations take place e.g. in our Innovation Seminar. A catalogue of training opportunities in the area of pre-clinical and clinical drug discovery, e.g. GLP and GCP training modules, is also available.
