The Women in Semiconductors (WiS) organized by the SEMI Foundation is expanding West! If you missed the Women in Semiconductors (WiS) program in May, here's another opportunity for women and men to participate in an exploration of allyship, mentorship and overcoming biases.
The virtual & in-person program hosted at our innovation center in San Jose, CA will include a discussion of how to create a culture of support and belonging so that more women can grow and succeed within the semiconductor industry.
Join us and many other industry peers to engage in an interactive exploration and discussion on nurturing the talent pipeline and building a stronger network, including the role of mentorship and sponsorship. Everyone who is on a team or manages a team, regardless of who you are or where you are in your semiconductor journey will benefit from the open discussions. Both women and men are welcome to attend!
Click HERE to review the keynote panel recording on allyship from Women in Semiconductors last May. WiS returns to New York with ASMC in May 2024.
Connect and share your experience at WiS with the official hashtags: #semi_wis #womeninsemiconductors
In-person attendees can join an optional fab tour. This is an opportunity to experience various stages of the semiconductor R&D process and to view a clean environment, wafer handling, deposition and etching, photolithography, and metrology tools.
