2023 Korea Gas Safety Awards

Safety is one of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany's top priorities, and we are committed to creating an accident-free working environment through various safety activities. In November 2023, the company's safety efforts were recognized by the government. The Anseong site received the 'Gyeonggi Governor's Commendation for Hazardous Goods Management and Fire Prevention' in honour of Fire Fighting Day, and the Ansan site won the 'Prime Minister's Commendation' at the 2023 Korea Gas Safety Awards.
