She joined Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany's CTS (Clinical Trial Supply) in 2005 – gaining experience in the global clinical trial business. Silke leads innovations and technologies for clinical trial supplies, CPD, and the Healthcare business of the company. Her work spans the fields of digitalization of CTS processes, interactive response technologies, material demand planning, as well as optimizing supply activities supported by simulation software tools.
