Prevention & Production
We are committed to providing researchers, developers and manufacturers with products and services needed for the Covid-19 response. To manage the unprecedented demand for Covid-19-related products, we have taken several proactive measures, e.g. comprehensive expansions of the production capacities at several of our sites.
Diagnostics & Therapeutics
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have strongly invested in several key technologies that are crucial when it comes to vaccines, treatments and diagnostics applicable in Covid-19. Amongst others, this includes the expansion of our single-use assembly production capacities as well as significant steps in further broadening our expertise in the field of mRNA.
As a global life science supplier, we are here to help in the response to COVID-19. From supplying raw materials and research products for detection and characterization to production, we’ve consolidated relevant product and service offerings within a single page.
SIGMAALDRICH.COMEngagement & Collaboration
The issue of pandemic protection and preparedness has been important to us for several years already. Therefore, we have several initiatives in place to support the scientific community with funding and expertise – like our “Future Insight Prize” that awards top scientists for their outstanding research. And since the pandemic demands common efforts, we are also part of several international partnerships and collaborations addressing Covid-19.
