The independent Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) confirmed that our targets correspond to the current status of climate science. Consequently, we are helping to limit global warming to 1.5°C, thus meeting the requirements of the Paris Agreement.

The difference we make stems from a corporate culture that for more than 350 years has been driven by strong values, embodied by our understanding of sustainable entrepreneurship at all our sites around the world.

In addition, we deliver positive impact beyond our business with a traceability system for certain raw materials, sustainability criteria for every new solution or product that comes from our R&D, and social projects in local communities.
